The Three-Year Formation of a Master-Level Singing Teacher
A professional certification guided by three internationally recognized Master teachers in the direct lineage of vocal traditions that have shaped Celine Dion, Britney Spears, Kelly Clarkson, Justin Timberlake, and a generation of contemporary artists.

This is not a weekend certification. It is not a licensed method delivered in a workbook. It is a three-year professional formation, conducted live, in dialogue, in the way vocal mastery has always been transmitted — from master to teacher, voice to voice.

Why This Program Exists
In the last decade, singing pedagogy has fragmented. Weekend certifications. Licensed methodologies sold by the manual. Tips and tricks on TikTok. Teachers around the world write to us with the same question, phrased a hundred different ways:

Why can I diagnose one student perfectly and the next one not at all? Why do my results feel inconsistent, even when I'm doing everything I was taught? Why does my knowledge dissolve under the pressure of a real lesson?
The answer is not another method. The answer is formation — the kind of long, lineage-based training that classical pianists, conductors, and elite athletes have always received. Hours of study with the people who carry the tradition. Years of integration. Real questions answered in real time.

The Profty Singing Teacher Development Program is built to restore that model for the modern singing teacher.
A teacher trained this way does not guess. A teacher trained this way leads.
The Line of Direct Knowledge Transfer
This is the philosophical commitment at the center of everything we teach.

You will not work through pre-recorded video modules. You will not be handed a system to memorize and license. You will sit in live session, week after week, with the people who carry the lineage, and the knowledge will become yours through experience, aplication, repetition, dialogue, and applied practice on your own students.
This is what you receive:
Live Zoom sessions with the Master teachers, twice a week
Real questions answered in real time, not in a forum
Demonstrations on real voices, not idealized examples
The contextual understanding of what is technique, why it works, and how to teach it it
Direct dialogue with the source of the knowledge
Who this program admits
This program is designed for a small international cohort, selected by interview:
Active singing teachers who want measurable, repeatable results
Vocal coaches working with professional and developing artists
Performing singers who are preparing to enter teaching
Studio owners scaling beyond their own hours
It is not designed for beginners, casual learners, or anyone seeking a certificate without committing to the years of work it represents.
Our curriculum
The Three Pillars of a Complete Singing Teacher
A complete singing teacher must be fluent in three domains. At Profty, each is carried by a different Master.
Vocal Technique
Teach with Precision
You learn to diagnose vocal imbalances quickly and accurately, build technical strategy for every voice type that walks into your studio, and teach registration, vocal balance (passaggio), and vocal freedom with clarity.

Outcome: you stop guessing and begin teaching with certainty.
Performance
Teach for Expression
You learn to move students from correct singing into compelling performance — integrating emotion, intention, and vocal control, shaping performances that reach an audience instead of stopping at the page.

Outcome: your students do not only sing better. They perform.
Style
Teach Versatility Without Compromise
You learn to cross contemporary, classical-influenced, and gospel-rooted styles with confidence, make stylistic choices that protect the voice, and help students build artistic identity without losing vocal health.

Outcome: you become a complete, modern, stylistically authoritative teacher.

Greg Enriquez
In 1991, the legendary voice teacher Seth Riggs — creator of Speech Level Singing and the teacher behind Michael Jackson, Stevie Wonder, Prince, and Barbra Streisand — personally selected Greg Enriquez as his Associate. Greg went on to study with Riggs for more than thirty years as one of roughly a dozen Master Teachers in his inner circle, accumulating over 600 hours of one-to-one instruction and serving on the team that oversaw teacher certification worldwide. He is, in the most literal sense, a direct heir to that lineage.

His own students include Celine Dion, Britney Spears, Solange, and Keala Settle, alongside a long line of touring and recording artists who depend on their instrument night after night. His reputation rests on a single, rare ability: to hear precisely what a voice is doing, name the imbalance behind it, and give the exact correction that frees the sound. At that level there is no room for guesswork, and it is this standard of certainty that he brings to the teachers he trains.

At Profty, Greg carries the first pillar of the program: vocal technique. He teaches the next generation of teachers to diagnose quickly, build technical strategy for every voice type, and lead a lesson with the confidence that comes only from truly understanding the instrument.
Master of Performance and Emotional Expression
Rhonda Carlson
Rhonda Carlson has spent more than forty years teaching music and theatre, and in that time she has worked on stages and in studios across Los Angeles, Beijing, Moscow and add other cities. Her career bridges two worlds that most teachers never connect: the technical discipline of singing and the live, human craft of performance. She teaches singers not only to produce sound correctly, but to mean something when they open their mouths.

Her students have gone on to appear on Broadway and the West End, and to compete onThe Voice and American Idol. They share a common quality that audiences feel before they can explain it: presence. Rhonda's work is the study of how that presence is built, lesson by lesson, until expression becomes second nature.

At Profty, Rhonda carries the second pillar: performance and emotional expression. She trains teachers to take a student from correct singing into compelling artistry, integrating intention, emotion, and storytelling without ever sacrificing vocal control.
Master of Style and Musicality
Justin Levy
For twenty years, Justin Levy has worked alongside international artists across the full range of contemporary music, from Kelly Clarkson to Justin Timberlake. His domain is the one most teachers find hardest to teach: style. Knowing how to move a voice convincingly between genres, how to make stylistic choices that serve both the song and the singer, and how to do all of it without ever endangering the instrument.

His authority here is not theoretical. Justin has sung gospel in his church every Sunday of his life, inside the very tradition that shaped the phrasing, the runs, and the emotional vocabulary of modern American singing. That lived, weekly practice is the source of a stylistic fluency that cannot be learned from transcriptions or video alone.

At Profty, Justin carries the third pillar: style and musicality. He trains teachers to cross contemporary, and gospel-rooted styles with confidence, and to help their own students build a genuine artistic identity while keeping the voice healthy and free.
Program structure
A three-year professional formation, designed for sustainable mastery rather than rapid credentialing. Each year deepens the work of the one before it.
Year One
Foundation
Vocal diagnosis. Technical strategy. Pedagogical clarity. You learn to see what is happening in a voice and to act on it with precision.
Year Two
Integration
Performance, expression, and stylistic depth. You learn to take a student from correct production into compelling artistry.
Year Three
Authority
Independent decision-making and the formation of your own teaching identity. You graduate not as a certificate holder, but as a teacher with a voice of your own.
Community
You learn inside the Profty community-learning platform - a professional environment where materials are organized, progress is tracked, and teachers from around the world exchange experience.
Each year contains:
  • Three structured trimesters
  • Two live Zoom sessions per week with the Master teachers
  • Applied practice with Master teacher during sessions
  • Reflection, peer dialogue, and integration time

A Living Tradition, Backed by Modern Science
Profty stands on a dialogue between three sources of authority: time-tested bridge-based vocal traditions transmitted by lineage, modern vocal science validated by our partnered research universities, and the real-world demands of an industry our Master teachers have served for decades.
Our research partners contribute new studies in neuroscience and vocal science to the curriculum each year.

The result is a program where teachers do not only know what to teach. They understand why it works, and they know how to apply it to any voice in any lesson.
What graduates report
  • Increased confidence in technical decisions
  • More consistent and measurable student progress
  • Higher student retention
  • Greater professional credibility and demand

"I went from local to global, tripling my income. Profty'ss program changed everything. After certification, I started getting students from London, Tokyo, and Los Angeles, celebritie artists. My studio grew so quickly that I had to hire other teachers — who are now getting certified in Profty themselves."
87%
of graduates report measurable growth in their teaching practice within the first year of certification.
Learning directly from Greg Enriquez was a dream come true. Profty's Singing Development Framework helped me coach my first student to a record deal. This program did not only teach me technique. It gave me industry knowledge I would not have found anywhere else.

After many years, I finally found someone who had the answer to one significant question. Greg Enriquez showed me how. He has the knowledge, the skill, and the rare ability to transmit both. After my first live lesson, everything in my vocal world fell into place.
Oksana Petrova

This Philosophy, Pedagogy and Technique lesson was extraordinary. It literally took me 2 weeks of studying every single day to understand all the information enclosed of the first two sessions. Thank you Greg for putting it all together for us to digest. I am loving my learning process and I am seeing immediate results in my students.
