Profty's Teacher Development Program is known internationally for treating singing as a complete creative process rather than a set of exercises. That approach is what draws teachers and singers to us from every part of the world.

Each student receives individual supervision and works in direct exchange with a team of Master teachers, each an authority in their field. Alongside an international group of peers, they learn in an immersive environment built for genuine insight and creative growth — not passive consumption.

Experience-based learning sits at the core. So does rigorous study of technique and pedagogy. Students explore vocal technique in depth — bridging and registration, vowels and consonants, exercises, scale patterns and their sequence, anatomy, and vocal science — alongside methodology, performance, and stylistic command.

Above all, we form teachers who think for themselves. We want every graduate to leave with their own signature, their own work ethic, and the creativity and authenticity to teach with a voice that is unmistakably theirs.
