This Agreement outlines the terms of participation in the Profty Singing Retreat (the “Retreat”) organized by Profty LLC (“Organizer”), and must be reviewed and accepted by each participant (“Participant”) before completing payment and registration.

1. Retreat Overview & Venue

  • The Retreat is a 7-day immersive vocal training and performance experience held at Poggio Ubertini, a private estate and retreat venue in Tuscany, Italy.
  • Participants will reside on-site in accommodations arranged and provided by Profty LLC.

2. Accommodation & Meals

  • The retreat fee includes accommodation in private or shared rooms, depending on the Participant’s selection during booking, along with linens and towels.
  • Three meals per day (breakfast, lunch, dinner) are provided during the retreat.
  • Participants must disclose any food allergies, intolerances, or dietary restrictions during registration. Reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate dietary needs, but an allergen-free environment cannot be guaranteed.

3. Identification Requirements (Legal Compliance)

  • In compliance with Italian law, Participants are required to provide a valid government-issued ID or passport during the registration process, prior to payment.
  • Profty LLC reserves the right to refuse participation if valid identification is not submitted. No refunds will be issued for failure to comply.

4. Site Access & Personal Responsibility

  • Participants agree not to leave the premises of Poggio Ubertini during the retreat unless authorized in writing by the Organizer.
  • Any Participant who chooses to leave the property does so at their own risk. Profty LLC assumes no responsibility for personal safety, transportation, or logistical support once a Participant is off-site.

5. Schedule and Attendance

  • A full retreat schedule will be shared prior to the event. Activities include—but are not limited to—group classes, performances, and community events.
  • The schedule is subject to change at the discretion of the Organizer or instructors.
  • Participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions unless medically unable.

6. Photo & Video Consent

  • By registering, Participants understand that photos and videos may be taken throughout the retreat for documentation, educational, and promotional purposes.
  • Profty LLC is granted the irrevocable right to use and publish such media—featuring Participants’ likeness—for use on its website, social media, marketing materials, and future retreat promotions.
  • No financial compensation will be provided. Participants who have specific privacy concerns must notify the Organizer in writing before the retreat begins.

7. Waiver of Liability

  • Participation is voluntary and may include physical activity (e.g., vocal work, movement sessions).
  • Participants affirm they are in good health and assume full responsibility for their own physical and emotional wellbeing during the retreat.
  • Profty LLC, its instructors, staff, and partners are not liable for any illness, injury, property loss, or incident occurring during or related to the retreat, including during travel to or from the venue.

8. Code of Conduct

  • All Participants are expected to treat others, staff, and the retreat venue with respect at all times.
  • Harassment, disruptive behavior, or violation of house rules may result in dismissal from the retreat without refund.
  • The use of illegal substances or excessive alcohol is not permitted on the premises.
