THE BRIDGE MASTERCLASS PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT
By checking the agreement box at registration, the Participant confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted the following terms.
THE BRIDGE MASTERCLASS PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT
A Vocal Masterclass with Greg Enriquez September 19, 2026 · Seoul, Republic of Korea
Organized by Profty LLC · A Delaware Limited Liability Company

This Masterclass Participation Agreement (the “Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions governing participation in “The Bridge,” a one-day vocal masterclass with Greg Enriquez (the “Masterclass”), organized by Profty LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Organizer,” “Profty,” “we,” or “us”). This Agreement is entered into between Profty LLC and the individual registering for the Masterclass (“Participant” or “you”).
By completing the online registration form and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not complete registration or submit payment.
This Agreement, together with the documents expressly referenced herein, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the Masterclass and supersedes all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral. The Media Release Form is a separate document and is not incorporated into this Agreement.
Nothing in this Agreement limits or waives any mandatory right granted to the Participant under the consumer protection laws of the Republic of Korea. Where any term of this Agreement conflicts with a mandatory provision of Korean consumer law applicable to the Participant, that mandatory provision prevails.
1. Masterclass Overview & Venue
The Masterclass is a one (1) day vocal training and performance-coaching event led by Greg Enriquez, held at [Venue — Verispace], Seoul, Republic of Korea (the “Venue”), on September 19, 2026. The Masterclass is a non-residential event: no overnight accommodation, lodging, or meals are provided as part of participation except as expressly stated by Profty LLC in writing.
Profty LLC reserves the right to make reasonable modifications to the program, instructor, schedule, format, or venue arrangements where circumstances require, provided that the core nature and value of the Masterclass are not materially diminished. In the event a comparable substitute venue is required, Profty LLC will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain equivalent standards.
2. Eligibility & Age Requirement
Participation in the Masterclass is open to individuals who are nineteen (19) years of age or older at the time of the Masterclass, consistent with the age of majority under the Civil Act of the Republic of Korea. By completing registration, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
Where a Participant under the age of nineteen (19) wishes to attend, registration must be completed by a parent or legal guardian, who must provide written consent and accept the terms of this Agreement on the Participant’s behalf. Profty LLC reserves the right to request proof of age and of guardian consent, and to refuse or cancel any registration that does not meet these requirements. In the event of cancellation due to failure to meet eligibility requirements, the refund policy set forth in Section 13 shall apply.
3. Participation Tiers
Participation in the Masterclass is offered in two (2) tiers, selected by the Participant at registration:
(a) The Auditor. Auditor participants attend the Masterclass to observe instruction — including the live coaching of other participants — and to take part in any general question-and-answer segments. Auditor participants do not perform on stage and do not receive individual coaching.
(b) The Practice (Performer). Hot Seat participation is strictly limited in number. Hot Seat participants perform on stage and receive live, individual vocal coaching from the instructor in the presence of other participants. By selecting the Hot Seat tier, the Participant agrees to:
(i) submit, in advance and by any deadline communicated by Profty, the song or repertoire they intend to perform, together with any backing track or sheet music required;
(ii) understand and accept that their on-stage performance and coaching will take place in front of other participants and within a filmed and recorded environment (see Section 8); and
(iii) accept that Hot Seat placement is confirmed on a first-confirmed basis up to the available number of spots, and that the tier may sell out.
Profty LLC and the instructor reserve the right to reasonably adjust the order of performers and the time allotted to each as the flow of the day and the development of the group require. Selection of a particular song does not guarantee that the entire song will be worked on; coaching focuses on the areas the instructor determines will most benefit the Participant in the time available.
4. Inclusions & Exclusions
The Masterclass fee covers the following, according to the tier selected:
  • Full-day admission to the Masterclass on September 19, 2026;
  • Attendance at all scheduled instructional and coaching segments;
  • Participation in scheduled question-and-answer segments;
  • For Hot Seat participants only: one (1) individual on-stage coaching segment with the instructor;
  • Any refreshments or materials expressly described by Profty LLC at the time of registration.
The Masterclass fee does not include international or domestic travel to and from the Venue, ground transport, accommodation, meals (except as expressly stated), personal expenses, visa or travel-authorization fees (including K-ETA), travel or medical insurance, or any other expense not expressly listed above.
Separate offerings. The Singing Teacher Training (September 21, 2026) and private lessons (September 20 and 22, 2026) are separate offerings, sold separately and governed by their own terms. Registration for the Masterclass does not include admission to, or any entitlement in respect of, those offerings.
5. Language of Instruction
The Masterclass is taught by Greg Enriquez in English. Consecutive Korean interpretation is provided throughout the instructional and coaching segments. Participants should note that interpretation may affect the pacing of live coaching segments.
Registration materials and this Agreement may be provided in Korean translation for convenience; in the event of any conflict, the English version governs (see Section 16(H)).
6. Identification
Profty LLC may require Participants to present valid government-issued photo identification upon arrival to confirm registration and to verify the age requirement set out in Section 2. As the Masterclass is a non-residential, single-day event, Participants are not required to submit identification documents for accommodation or guest-registration purposes. Any identification presented for entry will be used solely to confirm identity and eligibility and will be handled in accordance with Section 9 (Data Protection & Privacy).
7. Travel, Entry Requirements, Health & Insurance
A. Travel & Entry. Each Participant is solely responsible, at their own cost, for obtaining all documents required to enter, remain in, and depart from the Republic of Korea, for arranging all travel to and from the Venue, and for complying with all applicable immigration and customs regulations. Participants travelling from outside Korea should verify whether their nationality requires a visa or a Korea Electronic Travel Authorization (K-ETA), and should confirm current requirements with the relevant Korean authorities well in advance of travel, as these requirements are subject to change.
Profty LLC does not provide visa or immigration advice and makes no representation regarding visa or K-ETA eligibility or processing times. Upon request, Profty LLC may issue a letter confirming a Participant’s registration for use in supporting a visa application; issuance of such a letter does not guarantee approval and creates no obligation or liability on the part of Profty LLC. Denial of entry into the Republic of Korea, visa or K-ETA delays or refusals, missed transport, or any other travel disruption shall not entitle the Participant to a refund beyond the rights set out in Section 13.
B. Health. Each Participant is responsible for ensuring they are in suitable physical and vocal health to participate in singing and related activities, and for consulting a qualified healthcare professional regarding any condition that may affect safe participation, as well as any recommended health precautions for travel to the Republic of Korea.
C. Insurance. Profty LLC strongly recommends that each Participant obtain, at their own cost, appropriate travel and medical insurance covering, at a minimum, trip cancellation and interruption, emergency medical treatment valid in the Republic of Korea, and personal property. Failure to obtain such insurance is at the Participant’s sole risk.
8. Schedule & Attendance
A Masterclass schedule will be provided to confirmed Participants in advance of the event. The program includes, depending on tier, group instruction, live individual coaching, and question-and-answer segments. Profty LLC and the instructor reserve the right to modify the schedule, the order of segments, the order of performers, or specific activities as needed to best serve the group’s development. Participants who arrive late, leave early, or miss any portion of the Masterclass for any reason will not be entitled to any refund, credit, or makeup session for missed programming.
9. Photography, Video & Media Consent
Photography and video recording will take place throughout the Masterclass for documentation, educational, and promotional purposes, including potential use on Profty LLC’s website, social media channels, marketing materials, and future event promotions.
A. Practice Seat Participants. Hot Seat participants acknowledge that on-stage performance and coaching is conducted in a filmed and recorded environment and in the presence of other participants, and that recording of the stage is integral to the educational nature of the Masterclass. Promotional use of a Hot Seat participant’s image, voice, and likeness by Profty LLC is governed by the separate Media Release Form. A Hot Seat participant who does not wish to grant promotional-use rights should so indicate on the Media Release Form; in that case Profty LLC will not feature that participant in promotional materials, though the participant acknowledges that incidental capture during a live group event cannot always be avoided.
B. Auditor Participants. Auditor participants who wish to grant Profty LLC promotional-use rights to their image and likeness may do so via the Media Release Form, which is voluntary and not a condition of participation. Auditor participants who do not wish to be featured should notify Profty LLC in writing at legal@profty.com in advance; Profty LLC will use reasonable efforts to honor such requests, though incidental capture of individuals in a group setting cannot always be avoided.
C. Consent Is Voluntary. Completion of the Media Release Form is entirely voluntary and is not a condition of participation in the Masterclass. Participants who provide consent may withdraw it at any time by written notice to legal@profty.com; withdrawal applies to future uses and does not require removal of content already published in good faith prior to the date of withdrawal.
D. Participant Recordings. Hot Seat participants may record their own individual coaching segment for personal, non-commercial use only. Recording or photographing other Participants without their express prior consent, or sharing such recordings publicly, is strictly prohibited and may result in dismissal under Section 12.
Note: Profty LLC’s media consent is governed by a separate Media Release Form and is not incorporated into this Agreement. Acceptance of this Agreement does not by itself constitute consent to promotional media use by Profty LLC.
10. Data Protection & Privacy
Profty LLC collects, processes, and stores personal information provided by Participants (including name, contact details, payment information, and, for Hot Seat participants, submitted repertoire materials) for the purposes of administering the Masterclass, complying with legal obligations, and, where separately consented to, for marketing and promotional communications.
Personal information of Participants in the Republic of Korea is handled in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) of the Republic of Korea and Profty LLC’s Privacy Policy, available at profty.com/privacy-policy. Consistent with PIPA, Profty LLC:
  • collects only the personal information necessary for the purposes stated above, with the Participant’s consent;
  • obtains separate, explicit consent for marketing communications, which the Participant may decline without affecting their registration, and may withdraw at any time;
  • retains personal information only for as long as necessary for the stated purposes or as required by applicable law, after which it is securely destroyed; and
  • honors Participant requests to access, correct, suspend processing of, or delete their personal information, subject to legal retention obligations.
Participants may exercise these rights, or raise any concern regarding the handling of their personal information, by written notice to legal@profty.com.
Where Participants are residents of other jurisdictions with additional data protection rights (including the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or U.S. states with comprehensive privacy statutes), Profty LLC will honor verified requests made under applicable law.
11. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality
A. Profty Materials. All curricula, teaching content, exercises, methodologies, demonstrations, and materials provided or presented in connection with the Masterclass (collectively, “Profty Materials”) are the exclusive intellectual property of Profty LLC or its licensors. Participants are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use Profty Materials solely for their own personal, non-commercial educational purposes. Reproduction, redistribution, public performance, commercial use, or use in instructing third parties is strictly prohibited without Profty LLC’s prior written consent.
B. Confidentiality. Participants acknowledge that vocal training is a personal and at times emotionally exposing process. Each Participant agrees to treat as confidential the performance content and any vulnerable disclosures shared by other Participants during the Masterclass, and not to publish, disclose, or use such material outside the Masterclass without the affected individual’s express consent.
12. Assumption of Risk, Indemnification & Limitation of Liability
A. Assumption of Risk. Participation in the Masterclass involves physical and vocal activities, including singing, breath work, and, for Hot Seat participants, performance. Participants acknowledge that these activities carry inherent risks. By registering, each Participant represents and warrants that they are in good physical and vocal health, that they know of no medical, vocal, respiratory, cardiovascular, or psychological condition that would prevent safe participation, that they have consulted a qualified physician if they have any such condition, and that they assume full personal responsibility for their physical, vocal, and emotional wellbeing during the Masterclass.
B. Personal Property. Profty LLC is not responsible for the loss of, theft of, or damage to any personal property of Participants, including but not limited to electronics, instruments, and personal effects. Participants are responsible for safeguarding their own belongings.
C. Indemnification by Participant. Each Participant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Profty LLC, its officers, instructors, employees, agents, partners, and the Venue (collectively, the “Indemnified Parties”) from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (i) the Participant’s breach of this Agreement; (ii) the Participant’s violation of any law or third-party right; (iii) damage caused by the Participant to Venue property or property of any third party; or (iv) the Participant’s negligent or intentional acts or omissions during the Masterclass.
D. Limitation of Liability. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, the Indemnified Parties shall not be liable for any loss, injury, illness, emotional distress, or damage of any nature (including property loss, loss of use, lost profits, or any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages) sustained by a Participant during or in connection with the Masterclass, except to the extent that such loss or damage is caused directly by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of Profty LLC or its employees.
In any event, the aggregate liability of Profty LLC to any Participant arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the Masterclass shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by that Participant to Profty LLC under this Agreement.
Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits any liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including the mandatory consumer protection laws of the Republic of Korea.
13. Code of Conduct
All Participants are expected to conduct themselves with respect and professionalism toward fellow Participants, the instructor, Profty LLC staff, and Venue personnel at all times.
The following conduct is prohibited and may result in immediate dismissal from the Masterclass without refund:
  • Harassment, discrimination, bullying, or intimidation of any person, in any form, including on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, disability, or any other protected characteristic;
  • Behavior that disrupts the learning environment or threatens the safety or wellbeing of others;
  • Damage to or misuse of Venue property, equipment, or grounds;
  • Possession or use of illegal substances, or attendance while impaired in a manner that endangers the Participant or others;
  • Unauthorized recording or distribution of other Participants in violation of Section 9(D);
  • Violation of Venue rules as communicated to Participants.
Profty LLC reserves the sole and reasonable discretion to determine what constitutes a violation of this Code of Conduct. Where dismissal occurs, no refund of any paid fees will be issued.
14. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Note: This section differs materially from Profty’s other event agreements in order to comply with Korean consumer law. It should not be replaced with the standard non-refundable clause used for other territories.
A. Statutory Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period). In accordance with the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc. of the Republic of Korea, a Participant who purchases a Masterclass place online may withdraw from the purchase within seven (7) days of the date of the order, without penalty and without stating a reason. To exercise this right, the Participant must give written notice to legal@profty.com within that period. Profty LLC will refund all amounts paid within three (3) business days of receiving valid notice of withdrawal, using the original payment method where practicable.
Where a Participant registers fewer than seven (7) days before the Masterclass date, the statutory withdrawal right may be exercised only up until the commencement of the Masterclass, after which the service has been supplied.
B. Cancellation After the Withdrawal Period. After the seven (7) day withdrawal period has expired, and due to limited capacity — and, in the case of the Hot Seat tier, a strictly limited number of stage spots — payments are non-refundable in the event of voluntary cancellation or withdrawal, including (without limitation) for personal circumstances, illness, travel disruption, denial of entry into the Republic of Korea, visa or K-ETA refusal or delay, work or family circumstances, or change of mind.
Profty LLC may, at its sole discretion and without obligation, offer a credit toward a future Profty event in lieu of a refund in exceptional circumstances. Any such credit is a courtesy, not an entitlement.
C. Substitution of Participant. A Participant may request to transfer their registration to another eligible individual by submitting written notice to Profty LLC no later than fourteen (14) days prior to the Masterclass. Any such substitution is subject to Profty LLC’s prior written approval, completion by the substitute of this Agreement and all registration requirements, and — for Hot Seat transfers — timely submission of the substitute’s repertoire materials.
D. Cancellation by Profty LLC. If Profty LLC cancels the Masterclass for any reason other than a Force Majeure Event, all Participants will receive a full refund of fees paid to Profty LLC within thirty (30) calendar days of the cancellation notice, or sooner where required by applicable law. Profty LLC shall have no further liability to Participants for any consequential costs, including non-refundable travel, accommodation, or visa fees incurred in preparation for the Masterclass.
E. Force Majeure. Profty LLC shall not be in breach of this Agreement, and shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform, where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God; typhoon, severe weather, flooding, or earthquake; pandemic, epidemic, or public-health emergency; war, armed conflict, civil unrest, or hostilities affecting the Korean Peninsula; act of terrorism; government action, sanction, border closure, or travel restriction; venue inaccessibility or destruction; failure of essential services or transport; or any other event commonly considered force majeure under applicable law (“Force Majeure Event”).
In the event of a Force Majeure Event that prevents the Masterclass from taking place as scheduled, Profty LLC will use commercially reasonable efforts to reschedule the Masterclass to a later date. If rescheduling is not practicable, Profty LLC will issue a credit toward a future event or, at its discretion, a partial or full refund, taking into account costs already committed and unrecoverable by Profty LLC. In no event shall any refund or credit exceed the amount actually paid by the Participant under this Agreement, less unrecoverable costs allocable to that Participant. Profty LLC will communicate with Participants promptly and transparently in any Force Majeure situation.
15. Payment Terms
All fees are payable in the currency stated at the time of registration (USD), unless Profty LLC expressly agrees otherwise in writing. Bank charges, currency-conversion fees, and similar transaction costs are the responsibility of the Participant. Where fees are displayed in a currency other than KRW, the applicable exchange rate is determined by the Participant’s bank or card issuer on the date of payment.
Full payment is due at the time of registration to confirm a Participant’s place. A Practice place is confirmed only upon both (i) full payment and (ii) timely submission of the required repertoire materials; stage spots are allocated on a first-confirmed basis up to the available number, and the tier may close once filled.
16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions, except where mandatory consumer protection or other mandatory law of the Participant’s domicile requires otherwise. For Participants resident in the Republic of Korea, the mandatory consumer protection laws of the Republic of Korea apply and are not waived or limited by this Agreement.
A. Informal Resolution. In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Masterclass (“Dispute”), the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by written notice to legal@profty.com, allowing thirty (30) days to respond and attempt good-faith resolution.
B. Korean Consumer Dispute Resolution. Participants resident in the Republic of Korea retain the right to seek dispute mediation through the Korea Consumer Agency (KCA) or the Korea Consumer Dispute Settlement Commission, or to bring a claim before a competent Korean court, notwithstanding any other provision of this Section. Nothing in this Agreement requires a Korean consumer to waive access to those remedies.
C. Binding Arbitration (Non-Korean Participants). For Participants not entitled to the protections described in Section 16(B), if informal resolution is unsuccessful, any Dispute shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, with proceedings conducted in English. The seat of arbitration shall be Wilmington, Delaware, USA. Where permitted by the AAA rules and feasible given the amount in controversy, the proceedings may be conducted virtually. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding, and judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. Nothing in this Section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
D. Class Action Waiver. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and except where such waiver is prohibited by the law of the Participant’s domicile, all Disputes shall be brought in the parties’ individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding.
E. Statutory Consumer Rights. Mandatory consumer protection rights afforded to Participants under applicable law — including those of the Republic of Korea, the European Union, European Economic Area, or United Kingdom — are not waived by this Agreement.
17. General Provisions
A. Notices. All notices to Profty LLC under this Agreement shall be sent to legal@profty.com. Notices to the Participant shall be sent to the email address provided in the registration form. Notices are deemed delivered on the next business day following transmission.
B. Electronic Signature. The parties agree that this Agreement may be accepted electronically through the registration process, and that such electronic acceptance constitutes a valid, binding, and enforceable signature under applicable electronic signature laws, including the U.S. E-SIGN Act, the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act, and the Digital Signature Act of the Republic of Korea.
C. Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
D. No Waiver. The failure of Profty LLC to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
E. Assignment. The Participant may not assign or transfer this Agreement or any rights or obligations hereunder, except as expressly permitted under Section 14(C). Profty LLC may assign this Agreement to any successor or affiliate without consent.
F. Relationship of the Parties. Nothing in this Agreement creates any agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between Profty LLC and the Participant.
G. Survival. Provisions of this Agreement which by their nature should survive completion of the Masterclass shall so survive, including without limitation Sections 10 (Data Protection), 11 (Intellectual Property & Confidentiality), 12 (Limitation of Liability & Indemnification), 14 (Cancellation), 16 (Governing Law & Dispute Resolution), and this Section 17.
H. Language. This Agreement is executed in the English language. Any Korean translation provided is for convenience only; the English version shall govern in case of any conflict, except where mandatory Korean law requires otherwise.
18. Acknowledgment & Acceptance
By completing the Masterclass registration form and submitting payment, the Participant confirms the following:
  • I am nineteen (19) years of age or older, or my parent or legal guardian has registered on my behalf and accepted these terms.
  • I have read this Agreement in full and understand its terms, including my seven (7) day statutory right of withdrawal and the cancellation policy that applies thereafter (Section 14), the limitation of liability (Section 12), and the dispute resolution provisions (Section 16).
  • I have provided accurate personal information.
  • If I have registered for the Practice tier, I understand that I will perform and be coached on a recorded stage in the presence of other participants (Section 9), and I agree to submit my repertoire materials in advance (Section 3).
  • I understand the language in which the Masterclass will be taught (Section 5).
  • I am solely responsible for my own travel arrangements and, where applicable, my visa or K-ETA authorization to enter the Republic of Korea.
  • I understand that my consent to photography and video use by Profty LLC is governed separately by the Media Release Form and is not required as a condition of participation.
  • I voluntarily choose to participate in the Masterclass and accept the terms of this Agreement.

SINGING TEACHER TRAINING PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT
By checking the agreement box at registration, the Participant confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted the following terms.
SINGING TEACHER TRAINING PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT
A One-Day Teacher Training with Greg Enriquez September 21, 2026 · Seoul, Republic of Korea Organized by Profty LLC · A Delaware Limited Liability Company

This Teacher Training Participation Agreement (the “Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions governing participation in the Singing Teacher Training led by Greg Enriquez (the “Training”), organized by Profty LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Organizer,” “Profty,” “we,” or “us”). This Agreement is entered into between Profty LLC and the individual registering for the Training (“Participant” or “you”).
By completing the online registration form and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not complete registration or submit payment.
This Agreement, together with the documents expressly referenced herein, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the Training and supersedes all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral.
1. Training Overview & Venue
The Training is a one (1) day professional development program for voice teachers and vocal coaches, led by Greg Enriquez, held at Verispace, Seoul, Republic of Korea (the “Venue”), on September 21, 2026. The Training is a non-residential event: no overnight accommodation, lodging, or meals are provided as part of participation except as expressly stated by Profty LLC in writing.
The Training addresses the pedagogy of bridge-based vocal technique — including the identification of vocal registers and transitions, diagnostic listening, and the application of corrective approaches in a teaching context. It is instructional and professional in nature and is directed at those who teach, or are preparing to teach, singing.
Profty LLC reserves the right to make reasonable modifications to the program, instructor, schedule, format, or venue arrangements where circumstances require, provided that the core nature and value of the Training are not materially diminished. In the event a comparable substitute venue is required, Profty LLC will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain equivalent standards.
2. Eligibility & Age Requirement
A. Intended Participants. The Training is designed for practicing voice teachers, vocal coaches, choir directors, and singers preparing to teach. Profty LLC does not require formal credentials for admission but may describe an expected level of experience in the registration materials. Participants are responsible for assessing whether the Training is appropriate to their professional level.
B. Age. Participation is open to individuals who are nineteen (19) years of age or older at the time of the Training, consistent with the age of majority under the Civil Act of the Republic of Korea. By completing registration, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. Profty LLC reserves the right to request proof of age and to refuse or cancel any registration that does not meet this requirement. In the event of cancellation due to failure to meet eligibility requirements, the refund policy set forth in Section 12 shall apply.
3. Nature of Participation
The Training is participatory. Participants should expect to be actively involved rather than solely observing. Depending on the program as delivered, participation may include:
  • group instruction and demonstration by the instructor;
  • observation of live vocal diagnosis and correction;
  • peer practice, in which Participants may sing, be listened to, or practice diagnostic and corrective techniques with other Participants;
  • teaching practice, in which a Participant may be observed and given feedback on their own teaching approach; and
  • question-and-answer and case discussion segments.
By registering, the Participant consents to take part in peer practice and acknowledges that this may involve singing in front of, and receiving feedback in the presence of, other Participants. Participants who prefer not to sing should notify Profty LLC in advance; Profty LLC will make reasonable accommodations where the program permits, but cannot guarantee a fully non-participatory experience.
Profty LLC and the instructor reserve the right to reasonably adjust the order and duration of segments as the flow of the day and the development of the group require.
4. Certification, Credentials & Scope of What Is Conferred
This Section is important. Please read it carefully.
A. The Training is not a certification. Attendance at, or completion of, the Training does not constitute certification, qualification, licensure, accreditation, or endorsement by Profty LLC, by Greg Enriquez, or by any affiliated body. Completion confers no credential.
B. Certificate of attendance. Profty LLC may, at its discretion, issue a certificate confirming attendance at the Training. Any such certificate evidences attendance only. It is not a certification of competence, does not qualify the holder to teach any method, and must not be represented as a certification, accreditation, or professional qualification.
C. Relationship to Profty's certification track. Profty LLC separately operates a formal, multi-stage Singing Teacher Development Program and teacher certification track, admission to which is subject to its own application, requirements, duration, assessment, and fees. Participation in the Training does not confer admission to, credit toward, exemption from, or any entitlement in respect of that program, unless Profty LLC expressly states otherwise in writing.
D. No representation of affiliation. Participants must not represent themselves, in any medium — including websites, studio materials, social media profiles, advertising, or professional listings — as being certified by, accredited by, licensed by, endorsed by, affiliated with, a representative of, or a teacher of the method of Profty LLC or Greg Enriquez, on the basis of attendance at the Training. Participants may accurately state that they have attended the Training, using factual language such as “attended the Profty Singing Teacher Training, Seoul, 2026.”
E. Trademarks. No right to use the Profty name, marks, logos, or the name or likeness of Greg Enriquez or any Profty instructor for commercial or promotional purposes is granted by this Agreement.
F. Professional responsibility. Participants remain solely responsible for their own teaching practice, including the safety and wellbeing of their own students, compliance with any professional standards or regulations applicable to them, and any professional indemnity insurance they may require. Profty LLC accepts no responsibility or liability for how a Participant applies, adapts, or teaches material encountered at the Training.
5. Inclusions & Exclusions
The Training fee covers:
  • Full-day admission to the Training on September 21, 2026;
  • Attendance at all scheduled instructional, demonstration, and practice segments;
  • Participation in scheduled question-and-answer segments;
  • Any materials, handouts, or refreshments expressly described by Profty LLC at the time of registration;
  • A certificate of attendance, where issued at Profty LLC's discretion (see Section 4(B)).
The Training fee does not include international or domestic travel to and from the Venue, ground transport, accommodation, meals (except as expressly stated), personal expenses, visa or travel-authorization fees (including K-ETA), travel or medical insurance, or any other expense not expressly listed above.
Separate offerings. “The Bridge” masterclass (September 19, 2026) and private lessons (September 20 and 22, 2026) are separate offerings, sold separately and governed by their own terms. Registration for the Training does not include admission to, or any entitlement in respect of, those offerings.
6. Language of Instruction
The Training is taught by Greg Enriquez in English. Consecutive Korean interpretation is provided throughout the instructional and practice segments. Participants should note that interpretation may affect the pacing of live demonstration segments.
Registration materials and this Agreement may be provided in Korean translation for convenience; in the event of any conflict, the English version governs (see Section 15(H)).
7. Identification
Profty LLC may require Participants to present valid government-issued photo identification upon arrival to confirm registration and to verify the age requirement set out in Section 2. As the Training is a non-residential, single-day event, Participants are not required to submit identification documents for accommodation or guest-registration purposes. Any identification presented for entry will be used solely to confirm identity and eligibility and will be handled in accordance with Section 9 (Data Protection & Privacy).
Upon request, Profty LLC may issue a letter confirming a Participant's registration for use in supporting a visa application; issuance of such a letter does not guarantee approval and creates no obligation or liability on the part of Profty LLC. Denial of entry into the Republic of Korea, visa or K-ETA delays or refusals, missed transport, or any other travel disruption shall not entitle the Participant to a refund beyond the rights set out in Section 12.
B. Health. Each Participant is responsible for ensuring they are in suitable physical and vocal health to participate in singing, demonstration, and related activities, and for consulting a qualified healthcare professional regarding any condition that may affect safe participation, as well as any recommended health precautions for travel to the Republic of Korea.
C. Insurance. Profty LLC strongly recommends that each Participant obtain, at their own cost, appropriate travel and medical insurance covering, at a minimum, trip cancellation and interruption, emergency medical treatment valid in the Republic of Korea, and personal property. Failure to obtain such insurance is at the Participant's sole risk.
9. Data Protection & Privacy
Profty LLC collects, processes, and stores personal information provided by Participants (including name, contact details, payment information, and any professional background information supplied at registration) for the purposes of administering the Training, complying with legal obligations, and, where separately consented to, for marketing and promotional communications.
Personal information of Participants in the Republic of Korea is handled in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) of the Republic of Korea and Profty LLC's Privacy Policy, available at profty.com/privacy-policy. Consistent with PIPA, Profty LLC:
  • collects only the personal information necessary for the purposes stated above, with the Participant's consent;
  • obtains separate, explicit consent for marketing communications, which the Participant may decline without affecting their registration, and may withdraw at any time;
  • retains personal information only for as long as necessary for the stated purposes or as required by applicable law, after which it is securely destroyed; and
  • honors Participant requests to access, correct, suspend processing of, or delete their personal information, subject to legal retention obligations.
Participants may exercise these rights, or raise any concern regarding the handling of their personal information, by written notice to legal@profty.com.
Third-party information. Participants must not disclose personally identifiable information about their own students during case discussion. Any student example raised should be anonymized. Profty LLC is not a controller of, and accepts no responsibility for, personal information about third parties that a Participant chooses to disclose during the Training.
Where Participants are residents of other jurisdictions with additional data protection rights (including the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or U.S. states with comprehensive privacy statutes), Profty LLC will honor verified requests made under applicable law.
10. Photography, Video & Media Consent
Photography and video recording will take place throughout the Training for documentation, educational, and promotional purposes, including potential use on Profty LLC's website, social media channels, marketing materials, and future event promotions.
A. Consent is voluntary. Participants who wish to grant Profty LLC promotional-use rights to their image, voice, and likeness may do so via the separate Media Release Form. Completion of that form is entirely voluntary and is not a condition of participation. Participants who do not wish to be featured should notify Profty LLC in writing at legal@profty.com in advance; Profty LLC will use reasonable efforts to honor such requests, though incidental capture of individuals in a group setting cannot always be avoided.
B. Withdrawal of consent. Participants who provide consent may withdraw it at any time by written notice to legal@profty.com; withdrawal applies to future uses and does not require removal of content already published in good faith prior to the date of withdrawal.
C. Participant recordings. Participants may make personal notes freely. Audio or video recording of the Training, in whole or in part, is not permitted without Profty LLC's prior written consent — this restriction protects both the pedagogical content (see Section 11) and the privacy of fellow Participants engaged in peer practice. Recording or photographing other Participants without their express prior consent, or sharing such recordings publicly, is strictly prohibited and may result in dismissal under Section 13.
Note: Profty LLC's media consent is governed by a separate Media Release Form and is not incorporated into this Agreement. Acceptance of this Agreement does not by itself constitute consent to promotional media use by Profty LLC.
11. Intellectual Property, Permitted Use & Confidentiality
A. Profty Materials. All curricula, teaching content, exercises, sequences, methodologies, demonstrations, handouts, slides, and other materials provided or presented in connection with the Training (collectively, “Profty Materials”) are the exclusive intellectual property of Profty LLC or its licensors.
B. What Participants may do. Profty LLC grants each Participant a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to apply the pedagogical principles and understanding gained at the Training within their own teaching practice. This is the intended purpose of the Training, and nothing in this Agreement prevents a Participant from becoming a better teacher by using what they have learned.
C. What Participants may not do. The right granted in Section 11(B) does not extend to, and Participants must not, without Profty LLC's prior written consent:
  • reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, upload, or share Profty Materials, in whole or in part, in any medium;
  • incorporate Profty Materials into their own courses, curricula, handouts, books, videos, or paid or free content offered to others;
  • deliver, resell, or franchise the Training or any substantially similar program, whether or not for a fee;
  • train, certify, or hold out others as trained in the method on the basis of their attendance;
  • use Profty Materials for any commercial purpose other than their own direct teaching of their own students; or
  • represent their teaching as being the official, certified, or licensed method of Profty LLC or Greg Enriquez (see Section 4).
D. Confidentiality. Participants acknowledge that vocal work is personal and at times emotionally exposing, and that professional peer practice may reveal the limitations and vulnerabilities of fellow teachers. Each Participant agrees to treat as confidential the performance content, teaching attempts, professional difficulties, and any personal disclosures shared by other Participants during the Training, and not to publish, disclose, or use such material outside the Training without the affected individual's express consent.
12. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Note: This section is drafted to comply with Korean consumer law and differs materially from Profty's event agreements for other territories. It should not be replaced with the standard non-refundable clause.
A. Statutory Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period). In accordance with the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc. of the Republic of Korea, a Participant who purchases a Training place online may withdraw from the purchase within seven (7) days of the date of the order, without penalty and without stating a reason. To exercise this right, the Participant must give written notice to legal@profty.com within that period. Profty LLC will refund all amounts paid within three (3) business days of receiving valid notice of withdrawal, using the original payment method where practicable.
Where a Participant registers fewer than seven (7) days before the Training date, the statutory withdrawal right may be exercised only up until the commencement of the Training, after which the service has been supplied.
B. Cancellation After the Withdrawal Period. After the seven (7) day withdrawal period has expired, and due to limited capacity, payments are non-refundable in the event of voluntary cancellation or withdrawal, including (without limitation) for personal circumstances, illness, travel disruption, denial of entry into the Republic of Korea, visa or K-ETA refusal or delay, work or family circumstances, or change of mind.
Profty LLC may, at its sole discretion and without obligation, offer a credit toward a future Profty event in lieu of a refund in exceptional circumstances. Any such credit is a courtesy, not an entitlement.
C. Substitution of Participant. A Participant may request to transfer their registration to another eligible individual by submitting written notice to Profty LLC no later than fourteen (14) days prior to the Training. Any such substitution is subject to Profty LLC's prior written approval and completion by the substitute of this Agreement and all registration requirements.
D. Cancellation by Profty LLC. If Profty LLC cancels the Training for any reason other than a Force Majeure Event, all Participants will receive a full refund of fees paid to Profty LLC within thirty (30) calendar days of the cancellation notice, or sooner where required by applicable law. Profty LLC shall have no further liability to Participants for any consequential costs, including non-refundable travel, accommodation, or visa fees incurred in preparation for the Training.
In the event of a Force Majeure Event that prevents the Training from taking place as scheduled, Profty LLC will use commercially reasonable efforts to reschedule the Training to a later date.
13. Code of Conduct
All Participants are expected to conduct themselves with respect and professionalism toward fellow Participants, the instructor, Profty LLC staff, and Venue personnel at all times. Participants should be mindful that peer practice places colleagues in a position of professional vulnerability, and should offer feedback constructively.
The following conduct is prohibited and may result in immediate dismissal from the Training without refund:
  • Harassment, discrimination, bullying, or intimidation of any person, in any form, including on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, disability, or any other protected characteristic;
  • Behavior that disrupts the learning environment or threatens the safety or wellbeing of others;
  • Damage to or misuse of Venue property, equipment, or grounds;
  • Possession or use of illegal substances, or attendance while impaired in a manner that endangers the Participant or others;
  • Unauthorized recording of the Training or of other Participants in violation of Section 10(C);
  • Solicitation of other Participants for competing commercial programs or services without Profty LLC's consent;
  • Violation of Venue rules as communicated to Participants.
Profty LLC reserves the sole and reasonable discretion to determine what constitutes a violation of this Code of Conduct. Where dismissal occurs, no refund of any paid fees will be issued.
14. Assumption of Risk, Indemnification & Limitation of Liability
A. Assumption of Risk. Participation in the Training involves physical and vocal activities, including singing, breath work, demonstration, and peer practice. Participants acknowledge that these activities carry inherent risks. By registering, each Participant represents and warrants that they are in good physical and vocal health, that they know of no medical, vocal, respiratory, cardiovascular, or psychological condition that would prevent safe participation, that they have consulted a qualified physician if they have any such condition, and that they assume full personal responsibility for their physical, vocal, and emotional wellbeing during the Training.
B. No Guarantee of Outcome. Profty LLC makes no representation or warranty that participation in the Training will produce any particular improvement in a Participant's teaching, in their students' results, or in their professional or commercial success.
C. Personal Property. Profty LLC is not responsible for the loss of, theft of, or damage to any personal property of Participants, including but not limited to electronics, instruments, and personal effects. Participants are responsible for safeguarding their own belongings.
D. Indemnification by Participant. Each Participant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Profty LLC, its officers, instructors, employees, agents, partners, and the Venue (collectively, the “Indemnified Parties”) from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (i) the Participant's breach of this Agreement, including Sections 4 and 11; (ii) the Participant's violation of any law or third-party right; (iii) damage caused by the Participant to Venue property or property of any third party; (iv) the Participant's negligent or intentional acts or omissions during the Training; or (v) any claim arising from the Participant's own teaching practice, including their application of material encountered at the Training.
E. Limitation of Liability. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, the Indemnified Parties shall not be liable for any loss, injury, illness, emotional distress, or damage of any nature (including property loss, loss of use, lost profits, loss of business or professional opportunity, or any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages) sustained by a Participant during or in connection with the Training, except to the extent that such loss or damage is caused directly by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of Profty LLC or its employees.
In any event, the aggregate liability of Profty LLC to any Participant arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the Training shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by that Participant to Profty LLC under this Agreement.
Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits any liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including the mandatory consumer protection laws of the Republic of Korea.
15. Payment Terms
All fees are payable in the currency stated at the time of registration (USD), unless Profty LLC expressly agrees otherwise in writing. Bank charges, currency-conversion fees, and similar transaction costs are the responsibility of the Participant. Where fees are displayed in a currency other than KRW, the applicable exchange rate is determined by the Participant's bank or card issuer on the date of payment.
Full payment is due at the time of registration to confirm a Participant's place. Places are allocated on a first-confirmed basis up to the available capacity.
16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions, except where mandatory consumer protection or other mandatory law of the Participant's domicile requires otherwise. For Participants resident in the Republic of Korea, the mandatory consumer protection laws of the Republic of Korea apply and are not waived or limited by this Agreement.
A. Informal Resolution. In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Training (“Dispute”), the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by written notice to legal@profty.com, allowing thirty (30) days to respond and attempt good-faith resolution.
The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. Nothing in this Section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm — including, without limitation, relief to restrain a breach of Section 4 or Section 11.
D. Class Action Waiver. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and except where such waiver is prohibited by the law of the Participant's domicile, all Disputes shall be brought in the parties' individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding.
E. Assignment. The Participant may not assign or transfer this Agreement or any rights or obligations hereunder, except as expressly permitted under Section 12(C). Profty LLC may assign this Agreement to any successor or affiliate without consent.
F. Relationship of the Parties. Nothing in this Agreement creates any agency, partnership, joint venture, franchise, or employment relationship between Profty LLC and the Participant.
G. Survival. Provisions of this Agreement which by their nature should survive completion of the Training shall so survive, including without limitation Sections 4 (Certification & Scope), 9 (Data Protection), 11 (Intellectual Property & Confidentiality), 12 (Cancellation), 14 (Limitation of Liability & Indemnification), 16 (Governing Law & Dispute Resolution), and this Section 17.
H. Language. This Agreement is executed in the English language. Any Korean translation provided is for convenience only; the English version shall govern in case of any conflict, except where mandatory Korean law requires otherwise.
18. Acknowledgment & Acceptance
By completing the Training registration form and submitting payment, the Participant confirms the following:
  • I am nineteen (19) years of age or older.
  • I have read this Agreement in full and understand its terms, including my seven (7) day statutory right of withdrawal and the cancellation policy that applies thereafter (Section 12), the limitation of liability (Section 14), and the dispute resolution provisions (Section 16).
  • I understand that attendance at this Training does not certify, qualify, license, or accredit me in any way, does not entitle me to represent myself as certified by or affiliated with Profty LLC or Greg Enriquez, and confers no credit toward Profty's separate teacher certification program (Section 4).
  • I understand the limits on my use of Profty Materials, including that I may apply what I learn in my own teaching but may not reproduce, distribute, or resell the material or deliver it as my own program (Section 11).
  • I understand that the Training is participatory and may involve singing and practicing in front of fellow Participants (Section 3).
  • I agree to keep confidential what fellow Participants share during peer practice (Section 11(D)).
  • I have provided accurate personal information.
  • I understand the language in which the Training will be taught (Section 6).
  • I am solely responsible for my own travel arrangements and, where applicable, my visa or K-ETA authorization to enter the Republic of Korea.
  • I understand that my consent to photography and video use by Profty LLC is governed separately by the Media Release Form and is not required as a condition of participation.
  • I remain solely responsible for my own teaching practice and my own students (Section 4(F)).
  • I voluntarily choose to participate in the Training and accept the terms of this Agreement.
